A father is accused of being ‘racist’ after he caught fly-tippers trying to dump a mattress in his back garden.
Craig Hardwick, 37, filmed the moment he confronted two men dumping the old mattress on the grass by his home in Walsall, West Midlands.
The father live streamed the moment on Facebook and can be heard saying ‘Put it back in your f***ing car and get rid of it now.’

The father tells the two men to ‘get rid of it’ and threatens to send the video he is capturing the the police
‘I’m recording you and I’m sending it to the police.’
He filmed the moment he interrogated the two men and repeatedly told them to take the bedding back to their house.
Mr Hardwick said: ‘I don’t want people dumping rubbing in f***ing street. You don’t dump rubbish in the middle of the street.’
The men carrying the mattress then point at Mr Hardwick and say: ‘You are racist.’

In the video the two men accused Mr Hardwick of being ‘racist’ after he threatened to send the video to the police
Mr Hardwick replied: ‘No I ain’t racist. Don’t play that card with me’
The father said in a post that he had directed them to a tip was where they could dump the mattress legally.
He said: ‘After I cut it off I told them where the tip was on beechdale. What a disgrace, please share.

‘Sorry about the language but this kind of thing makes me mad.’
His community spirit has since been praised by Walsall Council, The Sun reported.
Steve Gittins, from the council, wrote to Craig: ‘Thank you for being community spirited enough to challenge such inappropriate behaviour.’
