Flying disk is spotted hovering over Chinese train station

  • A station staff noticed a flash of light appeared above train tracks in north China
  • He described it as a jellyfish or a disc but it only appeared in the sky for a second
  • The mysterious object baffled the station worker who was the sole witness

An apparent floating object has left a train station worker in north China questioning the existence of extraterrestrials life.

The rail worker said he noticed an odd blink in the sky above the Dayangqi Railway Station of Daxing’anling Prefecture in Heilongjiang Province last week.

Footage uploaded on Pear Video shows a small disc-like object shining in the sky for one second.

The unnamed staff claimed he was the only witness as there were no passengers or staff around on January 6.

He went to check the surveillance camera footage and noticed a flying object appearing in near a light pole and above the tracks.

He said the object was ‘like a jellyfish’ or ‘a disc’.

‘It’s not a flashlight, but it only appeared for a second and it disappeared,’ he said.

Last month, the former head of a Pentagon program to understand the mysteries of UFOs said that such objects visiting Earth had been ‘proved beyond reasonable doubt’.

Speaking to The Telegraph, former Intelligence Officer Luis Elizondo said that unidentified flying objects of advanced capabilities have been seen ‘lots’ over the years.

Elizondo, who presided over the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program until two months ago, told The Independent: ‘I think it’s pretty clear this is not us, and it’s not anyone else, so one has to ask the question where they’re from.’

The program, inaugurated in 2007 and funded with $22million of government funds, was revealed to the public earlier this month.

Elizondo further said that UFOs have often been found near nuclear and power plants.
