A foodie influencer has shared her recipe for air fryer apple turnovers which require just four ingredients.
Laura Nightingale, from Surrey, took to her Instagram page @cakeontherun to share the delicious recipe.
The delicious treats, which take only seven minutes to cook, require an apple, ready-to-roll puff pastry, custard, and cinnamon sugar.
In her video, Laura chops an apple into thin slices before rolling out the pastry and cutting it into evenly sized squares.
She then puts a dollop of custard in the middle of each pastry square, before placing apple slices on top of the custard, and folding each corner of the pastry square over to form a parcel.

She then sprinkles cinnamon and sugar over the turnovers and places them into the air fryer, where she leaves them to cook for seven minutes at 200 degrees, until they are golden.
The clip, which racked up over 280 likes, was captioned: ‘AIR FRYER apple turnovers. 7 minutes on 200C. Recipe Makes 2, 1 apple, Sheet of ready roll puff pastry (works with gluten free and vegan), 4 tbsp custard, Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.
‘Slice pastry into 2 squares and put 2 tbsp custard in the centre of each of them, Top with sliced apple.
‘Wrap the pastry up into an open parcel, pinching the sides then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Air fry for 7 minutes on 200 until golden.’

It comes after Laura recently shared her four-ingredient air fryer banana bread recipe that has only 135 calories per slice.
The recipe serves four people and is a healthy sweet treat which uses just four simple ingredients, flour, banana, egg and honey or maple syrup.
Many of her followers were blown away by the simple recipe, with one writing: ‘Looks SO delicious!’
In the clip, Laura starts by mashing the banana in a bowl, until it develops a paste-like texture.
She then adds the flour, honey, and egg, before stirring the mixture together, then spooning it into a small oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment paper.

Laura put some decorative banana slices on top of the mixture, before it goes into the air fryer.
She then pops the mixture into the fryer to cook at 180C for 13 minutes.
Next to the mouth watering clip she wrote: ‘HEALTHY banana bread in an AIR FRYER. 4 ingredients, no butter or milk. @cakeontherun recipe below.
‘Makes 4 – 135 calories per slice, 100g (1/2 cup, 4oz) self-raising flour or all purpose with 1/2 tsp baking powder (I use gluten free) 1 large overripe banana, 1/2 can chickpea water OR 1 egg, 2 tbsp syrup of choice.
