Noa starts by combining light cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, maple syrup, milk, oats, protein powder, chia seeds and some lemon zest in a bowl and lets it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
She pours the oat mix into a jar or cup with some sliced strawberries.
For the topping, Noa melts five small squares of white chocolate and mixes it with yoghurt and a dash of milk.
