Stars from the world of sport were out in force as they descended on St Andrews to take part in the Alfred Dunhill Links pro-am tournament at the Old Course.
The likes of former Portugal and Real Madrid midfielder Luis Figo were out bright and early on a chilly morning on the east coast to tee off along with their professional partner.
Sir Steve Redgrave was among the sporting royalty to step out on to the course, along with former Liverpool midfielder and England international Jamie Redknapp.

Former heavyweight world champion Wladimir Klitschko was a part of the action, and he admitted swapping boxing gloves for golf clubs still carried the familiar pressure of performing.
‘Golf is probably the most complicated sport you could choose and I’m so happy I’m not doing it for a living!’ he said.
‘I’m just enjoying my day to day here in St Andrews with great competitors and of course the most beautiful golf course in the world.
‘When you have so many people and camera and your on the first tee and you’re trying just to make the perfect swing and hit it clean and right, that’s the whole pressure.

Wladimir Klitschko said the experience got the adrenaline pumping through his body
‘On the other hand it’s beautiful because I have adrenaline and it’s exciting, and usually when I have adrenaline in my blood I perform better.
‘So hopefully on the first tee I’ll have my first shot and hopefully it’s going to sit well now as a retired athlete I’ll hopefully have more time to spend on a golf course.’
There were celebrities from other spheres out on the course too, with actress Kelly Rohrbach also playing.
