The lot, which was built in 1998, is surrounded by hills and trees and sits at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The main house measures 5,641 square-feet with six bedrooms and six baths. Because the home is tucked away on a hill, it has a dramatic entryway with twin staircases leading down into the living room.

The chef’s kitchen features an island and peninsula with double ovens, double dishwashers and a wine refrigerator.

There is also a 750-square-foot game room. Terraces also wrap around every room on the second floor.

The upstairs features a custom master bedroom with a spa-like bath and walk-in closet.

The second house is 2,725 square-feet and three stories high with five bedrooms and five baths. It also has its own address and gated entry.

Both homes share a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and dining areas with canyon views from ornate balconies. They each feature carved wood imported from Bali.
