The property in Hardin County, Tennessee, includes an airstrip, an air traffic control tower, two hangars, four high-elevation observation towers, and more than 10.5 miles of all-weather private roads.

The ranch also offers an abundance of nature, with nearby ponds and streams as well as thousands of acres of prime and hardwood timber.

Wildlife enthusiasts can also watch the deer and turkey that are frequently seen on the roads, according to The Drive.

The property was once owned and developed by ISR Group, which is based in nearby Savannah, Tennessee, just 10 miles away.

ISR Group is a privately owned aviation and aerospace company that offers ‘service and support for any unmanned system’ including flight training, testing and evaluation, and maintenance, according to its web site.
