Former Australian Defence Minister Kevin Andrews has died aged 69.
The former politician and member of the Liberal Party of Australia died ‘peacefully’ overnight on Friday with his wife Margie by his side.
His family announced in a statement shared by former prime minister Tony Abbott on social media. Mr Andrews had been battling cancer for the past year.
