Former Bachelor star and sex toy designer Abbie Chatfield shares her ‘audition tape’ for children’s supergroup The Wiggles

Former Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield is known for her raunchy gossip on her hit tell-all podcast, ‘It’s A Lot’.

But the former real estate analyst turned potty-mouthed podcaster and sex toy designer surprised her fans when she shared her cringeworthy audition tape for children’s supergroup, The Wiggles, on Wednesday.

Abbie auditioned to be ‘The Peach Wiggle’ and battled a rare case of the nerves in the clip.

‘I’m a bit nervous, this means a lot to me. Toot, toot, chugga, chugga,’ Abbie said in the video. 

It turns out the audition was a joke to promote the food delivery company, Uber Eats. 

Abbie performed a jingle about food and assured viewers she can add extra ‘choro’ if they wanted.

It comes after four new Wiggles were announced for the children’s supergroup. 

Three women and former pop singer John Pearce will be joining Blue Wiggle Anthony Field, Red Wiggle Simon Pryce, Yellow Wiggle Emma Watkins and Purple Wiggle Lachlan Gillespie. 

New Red Wiggle Tsehay is only 15 and was adopted from Ethiopia.

She will be performing alongside Justice Crew’s John Pearce, a 30-year-old personal trainer with a Filipino background.

The pair will also be sharing the stage with Chinese-Australian Kelly Hamilton, a 45-year-old dancer who has performed with artists including Beyonce and Pink.

New Blue Wiggle Evie Ferris, who is a 24-year-old Indigenous dancer from Cairns, is also joining the children’s group.

The new line-up will also feature three new non-binary characters including dancing police officer named Officer Beaples, Shirley Shawn the Unicorn and Bok the hand puppet.

Anthony said: ‘As society has evolved, we have embraced the need for diversity and inclusiveness and want children all over the world to see themselves reflected on the screen.’

‘It’s so important that The Wiggles continue to evolve along with our society. This is the first step towards shaping The Wiggles for the next 30 years, taking us in a direction that truly represents and serves our community more inclusively.’
