Former Jehovah’s Witness is now running a New York sex club for millennials

A man who grew up as a practicing Jehovah’s Witness is now running an exclusive New York sex club for ‘hot’ millennials.

Daniel Saynt, 35, is the founder of the NSFW (New Society for Wellness) sex club – a members-only group that hosts parties and events at a townhouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The average age of a NSFW member is 28 years old and they each go through a careful selection process that takes into account how attractive they are, their social media presence and any fantasies they might have.

Among the 700 people that currently have memberships to the private club are models, actors, celebrities and entrepreneurs.

Members pay a fee of $96 to join the club and then each exclusive sex party they attend can cost up to $150.

There are currently about 300 people on the waitlist to become members and a whopping 9,000 have already been rejected.

‘It’s like the Soho House of sex,’ Saynt told the New York Post.

‘We look for people with a story to share. If you can’t share a conversation with someone, you can’t share a bed.

‘If a guy applies and says, ‘I just want to have sex with as many girls as possible,’ that’s not someone we want here.’

Saynt, who is bisexual and lives with his boyfriend in West Village, started the club back in 2015 while he was still working as the head of a digital marketing agency he started with his now ex-wife.

He has a career background in luxury fashion.

Saynt, of the Bronx, was raised in a Jehovah’s Witness household and his parents had no idea about his sex club business until reading an article about him earlier this year.

He said he went to church every Sunday, went to Bible study for 10 hours a week and would door-knock every morning before school.

Saynt said he had his first sexual experience with a boy when he was 13 and remembers feeling scared that the religion he was raised in thought out homosexuality as a sin.

He stopped attending church in his later high school years and then moved away from home in 2001 to attend Berkeley College in Manhattan – against his parent’s wishes.

Saynt went on to work as a nightlife consultant and fashion blogger before launching his digital marketing agency.

‘NSFW is as much a private club as it is an experiment designed to challenge the norm. We embodying ideas inspired by love, freedom, new states of happiness and self-awareness. We aim to create an environment where playfulness is encouraged, free from judgement and societal restrictions,’ Saynt says in the code of conduct for his members.

‘Everyone is treated equally.

‘We believe being loving, sexy and fun is more important than your gender identity or sexual orientation. We welcome all gender identities and sexual orientations, and will continue to become more inclusive through our expansion.

‘Membership to NSFW is highly controlled so that we can curate the most exciting crowd for our members.

‘Our crowd is made up of young, adventurous, influential and generally attractive men and women. We take pride in our membership selection process.’
