Francesca Packer-Barham has sold her luxurious apartment in Sydney’s Elizabeth Bay for $2.6million, just four years after purchasing the pad.
According to a report by Domain, the 25-year-old niece of billionaire James Packer made a $500,000 profit on the property after purchasing it in 2016 for $2.1million.
The apartment is one of 78 in the building, which was previously known as the Sebel Townhouse Hotel – a popular rock and roll hotel, which accommodated guests such as Elton John and David Bowie.

The two-storey luxury apartment located in the harbourside suburb in Eastern Sydney, boasts two spacious bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms.

The building itself also has an array of extra conveniences, including a pool, spa and gym for tenants to enjoy.

Covering an entire floor, the apartment in the ‘Horizons’ block, which was designed by Australian-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, features five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It boasts extravagant views of the harbour and luxurious fittings, including Cote D’Azure marble and designer lighting.
