Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has not ruled out Mason Mount featuring against Liverpool on Sunday.
Mount limped out of the Champions League defeat by Valencia on Tuesday with a nasty looking ankle injury after he was caught by a late challenge from Francis Coquelin.
But Lampard has delivered a positive fitness update on the midfielder.

The extent of the blow was not known until scans revealed that it is a minor knock
‘He’s got a chance,’ he said. ‘We all saw the image of the tackle which made it look really bad but we are trying to get him moving today. We’ll make a call before the game.’
N’Golo Kante is also in contention having returned to training following an ankle injury.
‘It’s a boost with N’Golo, we all know the importance of him to the team,’ added Lampard. ‘The only question is how fit he is. We have to manage him but it’s great to have him back in and around us.’
