The blonde reality star, 29, looked like she was barely breaking a sweat during the training, as she lifted a tire above her head with ease.

Slipping into a baby pink crop top, Frankie’s incredible abs were on full display as she completed her workout with her trainer at the Carbon Boot Camp.
She paired the sports bra with blue leopard print leggings, and black trainers.
Frankie pulled her blonde tresses back into a tight ponytail, and she appeared to be wearing a full face of make-up despite the taxing routine.
The reality TV personality looked to be in top form, as her tiny waist was evident in the revealing outfit.

The ITVBe star lost over two stone in seven months after her weight ballooned to 12st 8lbs when she turned to food in the wake of a painful love split.
She first revealed the staggering results of her weight loss in November last year, and spoke to MailOnline at the time about her journey.
She revealed: ‘I’ve had a year and a half of being sad and depressed and not even wanting to leave the house at times.
‘I just want to make everyone feel good like I do now,’ she said, about sharing her fitness tips in new DVD, Frankie Essex Weight Loss Workouts.

Frankie continued: ‘Burning calories and getting a sweat on, it just releases the endorphins and it makes you feel better.’
The reality star had to overcome the fear of being judged when she first rejoined a gym and embarked on her weight loss journey.
‘Sometimes I think the gym’s a bit scary,’ she said. ‘I didn’t go for ages, it’s a bit intimidating. Especially being on TV, I felt like everyone was looking at me anyway, and I was bigger and I felt fat.
‘Now I talk to all the men about their regimes and we all kind of copy each other’s routines.’
