The multi-millionaire dubbed Australia’s Crypto King celebrated the New Year with a wild party at his $17million mansion by the ocean.
Fred Schebesta, 42, who founded the comparison site Finder and is estimated to be worth about $200million, celebrated the first day of the year in style filling his unique home in Sydney’s South Coogee with burlesque dancers and models.
The pool party in honour of his friend Miss B saw DJ Shiralee Coleman heading a number of acts, including racy dance performances from Porcelain Alice and Clara Fable.

While elegant white gowns were also very popular for partygoers.
There were a few that appeared sheik in all black as the men mostly kept it casual in designers jeans and stylish summer shirts.

But Mr Schebesta plans to hold onto his Coogee Crypto Castle – which was once owned by businessman John Singleton and used in various films, including Eyes Wide Shut – a little while longer
‘It would be very, very hard to find another place that comes close. And I and that’s what I look for – very unique properties. Because I’m a pretty unique guy,’ he told the Daily Telegraph recently.
The entrepreneur bought into digital currency when Bitcoin was in its infancy, netting him massive returns.

In a 2021 interview with TikTok star Fonzie Gomez, he said the flashy five-bedroom South Coogee property was purchased off the back of crypto profits.
‘You’re in the house of crypto. Crypto built this house,’ Mr Schebesta told Gomez, while showing the TikToker around his 800-square-metre mansion.
The South Coogee home is able to be rented on Airbnb for just over $25,000 a night.
