As fashion lovers, we often crave unique items that set us apart from the rest.
However, to our dismay, some items are so elusive that they are nearly impossible to find in stores or online — Jennifer Nisan to the rescue!
The twenty-nine year old mother-of-four sources the most coveted and hard-to-get designer pieces from around the globe for celebrities like Shay Mitchell, Cara Delevingne, Dorothy Wang and Annabelle Dexter-Jones who all found her via social media.
During the pandemic when hard-to-get items became even more difficult to find, Jennifer Nisan’s fashion sourcing company Front Row Live thrived
During the pandemic when hard-to-get items became even more difficult to find, the professional luxury shopper’s company, Front Row Live, thrived.
Thanks to her sourcing ingenuity, determination and drive, Jennifer grew her social media following from 3,000 to over 40K in a short period of time.
Hunting fashion’s most wanted pieces is an around the clock hustle.
‘I run an international business and have clients all around the world, so my phone is ringing 24/7,’ revealed Jennifer.

With a very small and trusted team she gets back to her clients in real-time, no matter their geographical location.
While the expert has been asked to source everything from a Prada bento box with Prada chopsticks to a baby Dior stroller, she says the craziest request she has ever received was a pair of $15,000 crocodile boots.
‘I was in Paris at the time and was extremely busy so definitely had to jump through hoops to fulfill my client’s request.
‘Another crazy request has been the Fendi DIY baguette kit. Customers were flocking my DM’s asking me to source a bag from Fendi that was deconstructed.
‘The kit came with needles and multicolor thread. The customer had to sew the thread on to the bag themselves. It was on the unique side of items I’ve ever had to request.’
While the bag requires you to do some work, it retails for a whopping $3,890.

Time is of the essence for Jennifer when put on the case. Most of her clients want their items as soon as possible.
‘With social media today, we are all so used to instant gratification. I would say that this has reflected into people wanting their wishes and desires to be fulfilled rather quickly,’ she said.
Adding: ‘But let’s be honest…I’m the same.’
‘Most of my clients trust me and know that I am always going to give 120% when it comes to making sure I come through for them.
‘They will periodically check in and ask me for an update but at the end of the day, they know that I am always working to make them happy, and 9/10 times I usually always come through.’

While Jennifer has an amazing track record, she says the items that are the most difficult to locate are those from multiple seasons passed.
‘Once in a blue moon the item is just not available and I am always transparent with the customer and tell them the situation and see if they are open to me suggesting an alternative.’
Desperate for a pair of Chanel wide-leg logo jeans, Jennifer tailored the only pair she could find – that were two sizes too big – to fit her
According to Jennifer, the most wanted fashion items right now are the Louis Vuitton Nano Mochi Speedy, Chanel rain boots, Chanel denim ballerina flats and Bottega Veneta Drop earrings.
She names Chanel’s wide-leg logo jeans from the luxury house’s spring/summer collection as the hardest item for her to get at the moment.
‘I have received hundreds of requests for them.’
Desperate for a pair herself, she tailored the only pair she could find – that were two sizes too big – to fit her.
While desired fashions vary in price, the most expensive item she’s ever sourced was a $20,000 Chanel evening gown.
‘A client has asked me to source it to wear to her daughter’s wedding. That was a special moment for me.’
MOST COVETED ITEMS
Most woman have waisted a ridiculous amount of time obsessing over an item that they can’t find anywhere.
Jennifer shares a few pro ticks to finding what you’re looking for:
‘When shopping online, my best tip is to add things to your wish list and have the website email you when an item comes back into stock.
‘You need to be quick. Check the websites every so often and stay on top of it.’
When shopping in person, she suggests building a relationship with a store associate and consistently shopping with them.
‘They will feel appreciated and always reach out to you when they receive new items.’

In addition to being able to do her job anywhere, there are many perk’s to Jennifer’s profession, including seeing collections before they go public.
‘It’s fun to see items before they hit the stores and watch the reaction of my clients when seeing the designer pieces for the first time.
‘Doing what I do gives me the benefit of accessing designer items way quicker than the average person.’
A trailblazer in the industry, Jennifer can be spotted sitting front row at all the major fashion shows around the world, or getting photographed outside for her enviable street style.
