Jets fans are furious at the possibility of missing Aaron Rodgers’ debut for the team on Monday night with Spectrum and Disney locked in a carriage dispute.

Spectrum, the major cable carrier in New York, is currently not showing all ESPN network channels as the company is owned by Disney.

And with the Jets’ season opener vs. the Bills on Monday set to be broadcast on ESPN, almost 15million customers could miss the game.

‘Figure it out,’ one fan tweeted at Spectrum. ‘Jets fans have been anticipating this for months.’

‘Get ESPN back on Spectrum/Charter right f*****g now!’ another fan raged in a tweet to Disney.

‘When I think of Disney I think of Bambi and Jiminy Cricket; don’t ruin that and make me think of missing Rodgers’ first game as a Jet.

According to the New York Post, Spectrum has 3.5million customers in New York, and about 1.5million Spectrum customers no longer have access to Disney-owned channels.

The game will still be available for fans with a digital antenna, while paid streaming services like Hulu Live TV+, fuboTV and NFL+ are also an option.

The ABC affiliate in the Buffalo market, WKBW, is not owned by Disney however, meaning fans there with Spectrum can watch the game.

The blackout previously struck on August 31 in the middle of Carlos Alcaraz’s match vs. Lloyd Harris in the US Open, with USTA spokesman Chris Widmaier expressing hope the situation can be ‘resolved as quickly as possible.’

Both Charter Spectrum and the Walt Disney Co. said in statements that negotiations have been going on for a while.

Besides all ESPN network channels, ABC-owned stations, Disney-branded channels, Freeform, FX and National Geographic channel have also gone dark on Charter Spectrum.

‘Disney Entertainment has successful deals in place with pay TV providers of all types and sizes across the country, and the rates and terms we are seeking in this renewal are driven by the marketplace,’ Disney Entertainment said in a statement.

‘We´re committed to reaching a mutually agreed upon resolution with Charter and we urge them to work with us to minimize the disruption to their customers.’

Charter Spectrum retorted, ‘We offered Disney a fair deal, yet they are demanding an excessive increase.’

‘They also want to limit our ability to provide greater customer choice in programming packages forcing you to take and pay for channels you may not want.

The rising cost of programming is the single greatest factor in higher cable TV prices, and we are fighting hard to hold the line on programming rates imposed on us by companies like Disney.’

The Jets host the Bills at 8:15ET on Monday.
