Realestate.com.au reported on Wednesdat that the two-bedroom brick house in the swanky Melbourne suburb of Beaumaris, was briefly on the market last year and, after failing to sell, will go under the auctioneer’s hammer next month.

Speaking to News Corp in March, Georgia revealed that her father Chris was selling up in an effort to downsize after the death of Georgia’s mother Belinda in 2016
‘it’s just too big for dad now,’ Georgia told the publication.
Georgia, who moved into the house with her family when she was 16, added that the sale would be bittersweet.

‘It’s very hard to say goodbye because it’s always been a base for my sister [Katie] and I when we’ve been travelling or living elsewhere over the years.’
For Georgia, one of the biggest selling points of the house was its basement where she spent a lot of time in her formative years.
‘It was the best thing in the world,’ she told the publication. ‘It’s soundproofed and you can just shut yourself off from everything.’

Speaking to The Thinkergirls for their podcast, the Channel 10 journalist explained: ‘Our second night as a couple was spent with him literally holding me as I screamed and shook for hours and hours and hours.’
She added: ‘I really can’t imagine anyone else in the world having been like that with me then,’ the brunette said of plumber Lee, 37.
