A controversial German model who turned herself ‘black’ with injections has returned to Botched in hopes the doctors would give her an ‘African nose’ to match her new skin color.
Martina Big, 45, is a German glamour model who spent more than $65,000 (£50,000) on breast enhancements to have her 32S chest be the biggest in Europe.
After undergoing radical tanning injections, which she claimed also changed her eye and hair color, Martina returned to doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif to alter her nose after they previously denied her butt implants.

‘I’m really proud that it works for me so well. So, I decided to support my body to going really African girl. I bought a wig. Black curls,’ Martina told the doctors when she appeared on the Botched season finale.
The model also admitted to routinely going in for lip injections in order to keep up with her new ‘African style’.
At the beginning of her appointment, Martina walked in with her darker skin tone and dark, curly wig. But the new look startled Dr Nassif, 56, who asked Martina if it was real.
The surprises only continued for the plastic surgeons as Martina explained she needed a new nose to go with her look.
She previously appeared on season 4 of Botched asking for a butt implants, but the doctors denied her request because they worried the new additions would cause complications for her body.

For her current request, the doctors were very hesitant because they were unsure if Martina was committed to her new skin color.
When asked if she would keep the dark skin color for the rest of her life, Martina said: I don’t think I’m going to wake up and go, “Oh no, I need to go back very soon”. Nope. I’m going to stay black.’
Ultimately, the doctors decided it would be irresponsible for them to give her a new nose.
‘I really want Martina to wait before she makes a decision like this because, one thing, we don’t know how long this crazy experiment is going to last,’ Dr Nassif said.
The doctors recommended Martina to live with her new skin for at least a couple years before deciding to make any more permanent alterations to her face.
Martina’s boyfriend, Michael, also underwent skin injections in order to make his skin darker. The doctors examined him and found a mole on his chest that they recommended be checked out by a dermatologist.

Martina has previously dubbed her transformation into a ‘black woman an internal one’ that changed her whole body.
She went from a C cup to a 32S, which weigh a total of 12 kilograms and force the woman to sleep on her back every night.
Martina, who shares her time between Los Angeles and the Eifel region of Western Germany, says her goal is to hold the official Guinness World Record for having the largest breasts.
She said her breasts measure 49.6 inches, while her underbust measurement is 26.8 inches.
Martina said: ‘My shoes don’t get wet any more. For two years my breasts have been so big that I can’t see my feet.’
Whether the the model will listen to the Botched doctors remains to be seen as she continues to explore options to enhance her backside and alter her nose in order to ‘complete the transformation’.
