Gisele has lifted the lid on her daily routine that sees her waking up at 4:30 in the morning and practicing yoga before the sun even rises.
The 42-year-old supermodel – whose fashion career has seen a massive resurgence since her split from NFL star Tom Brady, 45, which she described as the ‘death of my dream’ – has been prioritizing herself ever since the couple’s separation.
Gisele proved that the early bird catches the worm when she revealed that she starts her day at 4am in a wide-ranging interview with Vanity Fair.
The former Victoria’s Secret model detailed an average morning in her life by sharing that she rises so early because she ‘likes to greet the sun’ and so that she has time to practice yoga while listening to a 21-minute Devi prayer before her children, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10, wake up.

Gisele explained that she turned to yoga and meditation after she began suffering panic attacks in her 20s.
She said: ‘My natural instinct was, “I’m not going to be a victim of this.”‘
In her book, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, the model discussed how she often felt trapped due to the pressure of the fashion industry, and the frequent stress caused her to have many panic attacks.
Speaking to the Observer in 2020, the supermodel described one of the episodes that prompted her to turn to Yoga, saying: ‘When I had a panic attack, I thought I was going to die. I was scared. I couldn’t breathe. And what I realized was that I am creating this for myself: we are creating the lives we are living with our actions and we have a choice. I chose to come into [my routine] because it was a tool that I found to heal myself.’
Gisele turned to yoga, meditation, silent retreats, crystals, cut out sugar, alcohol, caffeine, carbs, and took up a plant-based diet to fuel her healthy lifestyle and take charge of her life.
Now, years later, the model has impressively kept up her lifestyle and has found solace in spending time outdoors.

The model keeps a collection crystals, taro cards, and incense near her bed, and jokes that people often call her a ‘witch’ due to her love of ‘astrology and crystals.’
‘This is why they called me a witch, I guess,’ she joked.
‘If you want to call me a witch because I love astrology, I love crystals, I pray, I believe in the power of nature, then go ahead,’ she added.
In addition to the healing rocks, yoga helped the model with much more than her panic attacks.

‘Being healthy is more than a clean diet and exercise. It’s about our attitudes, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and actions.
‘When life gets challenging always remember that the sun rises everyday bringing a new opportunity for us to try again and do better,’ Gisele added.
‘It can get intense out there and we can get easily distracted by the noise. Awareness is key. What energy you are nurturing?’
‘Remember, we are the co-creators of our own reality, what we believe we create!’
Gisele has been frequently making headlines recently due to her split after 13 years of marriage from Tom.
She told the outlet that the speculation surrounding her split from Tom was ‘very hurtful’, while insisting that she has only ever ‘wanted all his dreams to come true’.
‘Listen, I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever,’ she said. ‘If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That’s what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart,’ she said.
The model denied their divorce had anything to do with the football player’s decision to U-turn on his retirement form the NFL, and explained that the pair ultimately ‘grew apart’ and realized that they wanted ‘different things’.
