Glass bottle smashed into a man’s face in Texas bar

Video has emerged of the shocking moment a man smashed a glass bottle into the face of another man in the middle of a crowded Texas bar.

Police have identified the man and are seeking a warrant for his arrest after surveillance footage from August 19 revealed the savage attack at the Fry Street Tavern, in Denton, Texas.

In the video posted to LiveLeak, a bearded man wearing a t-shirt and a baseball cap with sunglasses on his head calmly walks over to another man who is engaged in conversation with two other people.

The bearded man appears to blend into the group for a moment before he swiftly grabs the other man by the back of his neck and pushes his face downwards.

He then follows up the attack with a right-handed punch that sends the man backwards into a crowd of people.

The bearded man is then pulled away from the scene by a handful of men who have witnessed the brutal attack.

He is then seen only moments later nonchalantly waving to a staff member – who nods to him – before leaving the scene untouched.  

Police said the video was edited to better focus on the incident in the crowded bar, otherwise it would have been easily missed.
