Gold Coast sex expert Kim Nguyen who watches couples have sex reveals she often leaves the room

Would you pay $120 for someone to watch you have sex? Expert reveals she gets paid to observe couples get intimate so she could teach them to be better in bed

  • Kim Nguyen charges roughly $120 to help couples explore their erotic energy
  • She watches them reconnect sexually in an educational format at her practice
  • ‘Yes there have been a couple time when I’ve had to leave the room,’ she said
  • The certified sexologist also guides women to pleasure themselves more easily

A sex expert who earns $2 per minute watching people have sex has revealed how she had to leave the room at times when couples got too steamy.

Gold Coast Sexological Bodyworker Kim Nguyen charges roughly $120 a session to help couples explore their erotic energy and learn how to pleasure each other.

She teaches techniques like genital mapping to see how her clients are best stimulated and lets the couple have a sensual experience together in her clinic.

And while they come through the door lacking in sexual spark, Kim told Mamamia they can be slightly overzealous putting her teaching points into practice.

‘The goal is for them to get carried away. Even though they’re there for more educational purposes, the more they can relax with each other the better,’ she said.

‘And yes, there have been a couple of times when I’ve had to leave the room.’

As well as dealing with lovers stuck in a rut in the bedroom Kim, who is also a GP registrar, works with women on their own who don’t know to pleasure themselves.

‘We often start with something called a robot massage. They tell me what they want – I’ll do the same stroke until they tell me they want something different,’ she said.

Previously speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Kim said she adopts a flexible pricing strategy to make sure her service is as affordable as possible.

‘The cost is variable. I charge $120 an hour but some practitioners charge up to $180 an hour,’ she said.

‘I generally don’t advertise cost as it is flexible so that finance isn’t a barrier to someone reaching out for sex education – just because I believe this work is so important – I’m always happy to negotiate price,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

The expert studied at the Institute of Somatic Sexology, Australia, after a break in her regular medicinal practice caused her to look more specifically at sexual health.

‘There is never any pressure for them to take their clothes off,’ she said of what is expected from her clients.

‘Obviously there are some people who are super comfortable with just being nude and masturbating there and then but others will do eight sessions with me and just practice their “homework” later.’

The sexology practice is fairly new on our shores, as the national course Kim did only offers places to 20 or 30 individuals a year.

But she hopes to create a group of educators who can build a safe environment for people to ‘break down their fantasies and decipher what they become aroused by.’

According to Kim’s website ‘sessions involve a variety of instructive modalities, including breath work, touch, Taoist bodywork, mapping, scar tissue remediation, and Orgasmic Yoga coaching.’

‘The institute teaches you to facilitate the learning of an individual’s erotic self and their own embodiment. There is also a lot of breast work and the different modalities of touch.

‘We spoke about the difference between body and mind consent which was a big one,’ Kim said.

At the end of the course the participants went on a retreat with ‘a lot of high sexual energy’ and did body work on each other.

Aside from GPs there were also tantric workers and councillors looking to enhance their skillset for future clients.

The sexologist said that people in her circle had never heard of the practice before, even though it has been around since 2003.

‘I’m always really surprised by the broad range of issues people are facing. People are so unique with their sexual upbringing and cultural views… I’m fascinated,’ Kim said.

Some clients are having issues climaxing because their perception of what is arousing comes purely from their experiences of porn. Other times couples are just looking to spice things up in the bedroom.
