GoPro footage shows daredevils slip and slide

  • YouTube star devinsupertramp is known for his crew’s daredevil stunts
  • Video of his shows people gliding down a slip and slide that ends at a 500-ft cliff
  • The daredevils then open their parachutes and land safely on the valley floor

Slip and slides are traditional staples of backyard BBQs and summer parties. But one group of daredevils took the water-soaked contraptions to new heights.

A crew led by YouTube star devinsupertramp set up a slide above a 500-ft cliff in what appears to be the American Southwest.

Individual members of the group get a running start before jumping onto the slide and falling into oblivion.

But after some free-falling action, each man releases his parachute and glides safely to the ground.

The video released in May was sponsored by Subaru. It was later uploaded by GoPro this month.

This is not the first time ‘Team Supertramp’ has reached death-defying heights.

In August 2014, the user uploaded a video of his team traveling down an urban zipline in Panama City, Panama.

The daredevils were filmed grabbing on to two pull ropes attached to the 800-foot White Tower skyscraper.

They then launched themselves down the zipline, before letting go and descending into terrifying parachute jumps.

In November of that year, members of the group threw themselves out of a hot air balloon basket and swung to a second balloon while attached to a rope.
