It has been a busy few months for Kelly as she took Paris by storm in February, attending many couture shows and famously sitting in the front row with Kylie Jenner before she returned to her native New York to hit up the fashion calendar in the city.

She was also spotted at one of America’s biggest fashion weeks of the year, attending the Badgley Mischka show, which was held at the Starrett-Lehigh Building in Manhattan.

The Dynasty actress then made her way to the Son Jung Wan show, which also took place at the Starrett-Lehigh Building.

Kelly – who played socialite mother Lily van der Woodsen on the hit series Gossip Girl – shares her children with her former husband, Daniel Giersch, whom she was married to for six years.

The couple who split in 2010 initially agreed to a 50-50 custody agreement, but he later had his visa revoked and moved to Monaco, after which a judge ruled that their children should reside with their father.

The actress subsequently entered into a lengthy legal battle with her former husband and declared bankruptcy after spending almost $2million in legal fees.

Kelly – who then moved to Monaco in order to be close to her children – stepped away from her acting career to raise her kids and revealed that her children have supported her return to the entertainment industry in recent years.

She told People: ‘My kids are getting older, and they’re sort of like, “Okay, get on with your life.” They’re teenagers now, and they’ve got their friends and their stuff. So my day to day has recently been more about me and my dogs, working and traveling.’

The performer admitted that, although her custody battle was particularly ‘challenging,’ she was happy to be able to play an active role in the lives of her son and daughter.

Kelly then spoke about moving on from adversity and expressed that she was committed to remaining close to her children.

She stated: ‘You heal, you grow. You look at the lessons that came from it. You look at how your kids have grown up, and how they’re doing so well, and you’re thankful for that.’
