This granny puts her younger counterparts to shame as she busts moves with her instructor in a zumba class really does show that age is really just a number.

The hilarious footage shows elderly Rachel dancing side-by side with her professional zumba coach, Rina, during a class at the Ella Fit Pro Center in Montreal in Canada.

The video, which lasts 45 seconds, sees her perform complex movements including hip rolls and even a slight twerking action while staying completely in time with the salsa music playing in the background. 

When the perfectly timed dance comes to an end, her proud teacher beams as she congratulates her with a high-five.

Rhythmic Rachel has been attending the classes with Rina for two years and has clearly become a seasoned pro.

The footage was posted on social media on Friday and got over 2.1 million views with bowled over users posting encouraging messages.

The Montreal fitness class is aimed at older people who want to stay active and have fun with their fitness. Aging group exercise classes are designed to help seniors and older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility.
