Grant Denyer had his fans in stitches on Thursday when he shared his daughter Scout’s hilarious accidental phallic-shaped creation while they were cooking in the kitchen.

The TV presenter, 45, posted a video of Scout proudly showing off her mould of minced meat as she sat on the kitchen bench.

Scout repeatedly assured her father that it was a finger poking out from the table.

‘It’s a finger!’ she kept declaring as her dad giggled from behind the camera.

‘It’s a finger poking out of the bench.’

‘Is it though??’ Grant wrote in the caption.

Fans admitted they too were thinking exactly what Grant was thinking.

‘That’s not a finger,’ one user said.

‘My mind went down the gutter as soon as I saw it,’ another wrote.

‘The innocence of a child and the mind of an adult collided ha ha ha,’ one added, while someone said to Scout not to worry and that ‘boys never grow up’.

Grant and his wife Chezzi, who have been married since 2010, have three daughters, Sailor, 10, Scout, six, and Sunday, one.

Denyer captioned the post at the time, ‘Oh my poor little bubba! I’m so so sorry to see you in this state.’

‘Sunday had a special procedure today in hospital to fix her severe hip dysplasia,’ he continued.

‘The poor thing has to wear a half body cast for the next 12 weeks which will be so uncomfortable and immobilising for her, but will be worth it in the end.

‘Hang in there my sweet, you’ve already shown us how brave and bright you are. Love Dad.’
