Grant Denyer’s daughter Sailor is on the mend after concussion

Grant Denyer’s seven-year-old daughter Sailor ‘is on the mend’ after she injured herself while doing a cartwheel.

The 40-year-old Family Feud host shared an Instagram photo of his little girl having an MRI scan on Friday.

It comes after the presenter rushed Sailor to hospital on Tuesday, following a tumble that led to a concussion.

‘My little girl is on the mend. Sailor had her MRI & good news is, she checks out ok,’ Grant wrote. 

‘She’s still suffering some effects of the concussion but thankfully nothing structurally wrong. Thanks for the messages Who would have known cartwheels could be so hectic!!’

On Tuesday, Grant revealed that the youngster had a suspected concussion after falling while trying to do her first cartwheel.

The former Sunrise weatherman shared a selfie with Sailor from the emergency room, prompting fans to flood the comments section with their concerned messages.

‘Uh oh. Hospital Emergency room. Someone did their first cartwheel into a backflip. Unsuccessfully. Suspected concussion,’ Grant wrote in the caption.    

Grant, who also shares two-year-old daughter Scout with his wife Chezzi, recently revealed the couple’s plans to expand their family.

‘Look, we already have two little daughters so we’re not desperate to have another straight away, but we’d be open to having more,’ he told New Idea on Monday.  

‘We’re not expecting at the moment, but never say never!’ Grant told the publication.

The star went on to explain that while the couple would love more children, nothing angers him more than trolls claiming he’s ‘disappointed’ with two daughters. 

‘We don’t feel like there’s anything missing,’ he said.
