Greg Norman, 66, leaves Karl Stefanovic hysterical as he discusses THAT beach photo on Today

‘Mother nature was good to me!’ Golf legend Greg Norman, 66, leaves Today hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon speechless as he discusses THAT jaw-dropping beach photo

He made headlines in November after posting a photo on Instagram of himself shirtless at the beach in Florida, with the outline of his manhood on display.

And Greg Norman was full of pride as he spoke about the viral image on the Today show on Wednesday, leaving hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon in fits of giggles.

Ally first brought up a recent photo the super-fit 66-year-old’s wife Kirsten Kutner had posted of him naked in the shower, joking: ‘Why did you let yourself go like that?’

‘You mean let myself go in the shower like that, or?’ Greg quipped back, prompting Karl to burst into laughter as Ally hid behind her notes.

‘It’s just who I am! Aussies are very outgoing people. I’m a very natural person, as you guys can tell. It is what it is and Mother Nature was pretty good to me,’ Greg said.

The Florida resident went on to say that an American radio show had asked him to take down the cheeky photo, because they worried it would dominate the news cycle ‘all week’ when he was on air.

‘I love my outlook on life and it really is not offensive, to be honest with you,’ Greg smiled. ‘I look after myself. I enjoy working out.’

‘Look, we didn’t hate it!’ Ally added, to which Karl responded: ‘Especially that photo on the beach…’

‘My only concern is that Karl is going to try and recreate it,’ Ally laughed.

‘Karl, come over here and work out with me for six weeks,’ Greg said. ‘I’ve got a pair of blue shorts; they’re identical to the ones I had on the beach and we will go down.’

‘I might need some surgery!’ Karl chuckled.

Elsewhere in the interview, Greg revealed his plans to move back to Australia in the ‘next four or five years’.

‘I hope it will be a little less than that. I’m definitely heading back Down Under, no question about it,’ Greg added.

‘My business is in a great place over here. I have always wanted to go home. I have been very, very vocal about how I want to get buried in my home country, or have my ashes spread in my home country.’

When Ally asked what he misses most about Australia, Greg replied: ‘I miss everything, Ally.

‘I miss the people, I miss the coffee, I miss the produce, the sounds, the smells. I miss just the openness of what our country has got to offer.’
