‘I still love a Big Mac and a KFC bargain bucket!’ Gregg Wallace reveals he indulges his fast food cravings despite shedding a whopping three stone with health and fitness overhaul
He recently lost an impressive three stone by overhauling his diet and sticking to a gruelling work out regime.
But Gregg Wallace has admitted in a chat with The Mirror that he still loves to indulge in the odd KFC bargain bucket or head to McDonald’s.
The 55-year-old said that even though he is still committed to staying slim after his weight loss, it has not stopped him from enjoying fast food

Gregg, who now works out three times a week shared: ‘I still love a Big Mac and a KFC bargain bucket. I don’t agree with diets. Healthy eating has crept up on me. I’ve never been happier or fitter.’
He recently detailed how he manged to lose the weight by skipping breakfast and dinner and instead snacking on protein rich foods with the odd chocolate bar.
Gregg confessed that since starting the hit show, he no longer goes to dinner parties and would rather meet friends at a restaurant.
Away from his love of treats, the star is reuniting with John Torode for a new series of MasterChef which starts on Monday.

But John revealed that away from the TV cameras, they don’t actually socialise with each other.
He said ‘We are two people who have our own minds and our own lives…
‘We do our own things. Outside of work we don’t socialise. We dress differently from each other, we have different taste in food and drink.
‘We have different opinions. We respect that and give each other space. We disagree.’
Despite this, Gregg insisted they still trust and respect each other. The TV star – who has been the co-presenter of ‘MasterChef’ since 2005 – said the pair have an ‘incredible understanding.’
He said they are a duo who, unlike Ant and Dec, don’t need to do everything together.
Gregg vowed to overhaul his health and fitness regime in 2017 and has stayed true to his word, keeping a public record of his body’s change.

Gregg, who used to weigh over 16 stone, was previously a Weight Watchers ambassador, and in 2017 he announced he had given up alcohol and fry ups.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, he revealed: ‘Let’s just say there are certain things you have to cut out.
‘I reduced the booze, I’ve had to give up fry ups and I exercise more.’

The pair had been trying to conceive for a long while, with Anne-Marie finally falling pregnant last summer shortly before the couple were due to start treatment to help them with the process.
It is Gregg’s third child; he shares Tom, 26, and Libby, 24, with his ex-wife Denise.
