Grill’d will be serving up free brain burgers to celebrate the return of zombie television show The Walking Dead.
The zombie inspired meal is made with panko crumbed, deep-fried lamb brains.
The brains are wedged between a charcoal bun, topped with oak leaf lettuce, tomato, rhubarb, beetroot ketchup, and dripping in a specially-made ‘brainnaise’.
