A young man took his own life in front of his horrified girlfriend after leaving a heartbreaking suicide note for his siblings.
Jezavion ‘Jigga’ Moody, 21, died in a local hospital on Tuesday despite three doctors battling to save his life, just four days before his sister’s wedding.
He was to be a groomsman when his sister Shaisha Moody, 30, marries her fiancée, Markeezia Silver, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, on Saturday.
‘Damn, ima (sic) miss y’all, glad I got a chance to bond with y’all,’ he told his eight siblings in the handwritten note addressed to them all by name.

‘Ya boy just got tired and ready to lay it down so I can sleep peacefully. If y’all love me y’all would understand I’m at peace now not worrying about anything.
‘Always let y’all kids know [you] love them forever. I’m forever watching over y’all, my spirit beside y’all every step.’
Shaisha shared the note in a series of heartbroken posts as she tried to come to terms with her brother’s sudden death.
‘A letter to all his siblings. Y’all ths s**t is so hard I cannot make ths s**t up,’ she wore on social media.
‘I’ve read this letter sooooo many times I’ve lost count. I’m trying find an understanding and process this.’
Jezavion’s girlfriend Nia Chantel, 20, shared a text he sent her earlier in the week, in which he referred to himself in the past tense.
‘I wanna tell you happy birthday early, it’s been a long time coming, we done came so far in this s*t & I still love ya no matter what,’ he wrote.

‘I’m glad I met you ima (sic) miss your smile, everything about you… I still thank you for tryin (sic) to push me to do better you was my peace from all my problems even tho (sic) [you] see it.
‘I’m only OK wen (sic) I’m ’round you, I enjoyed every moment [with] you, live it up to the fullest. I love you, happy 20th birthday, get litty for me.’
Chantel revealed Jezavion took his own life in front of her, and was suffering from depression for some time.
‘His depression wasn’t new to me, I fought with him I kept trying to push him to let him know he had a purpose, he was supposed to be here,’ she wrote.
‘I was by his side every step of the way. I watched my baby take his life… and y’all up here talking about what y’all would’ve did and what I should’ve known.’
Shaisha on Tuesday morning insisted her brother was still alive, as doctors tried to save him, and believed he would survive.

‘My brother is still here! stop f**king calling around spreading lies until you hear from the horse’s mouth! continue to pray for us all,’ she wrote.
‘Jigga you hurt me four days before my wedding but I know you got this, bruh, I know you do.’
But less than two hours later, Jezavion was dead, and she wrote a mournful message to him beyond the grave.
‘Jigga, I watched the doctors do ALL they could do to save you, it was three doctors working on you at one time and I swear to God I was watching them all,’ she wrote.
‘When I entered your room your eyes were closed shut as soon as I started talking to you telling you how much I loved you and telling you we got a big day Saturday, you open your eyes a little bit for me and looked at me…
‘And I broke down and cried and you closed your eyes back as if you couldn’t watch me be sad behind you.
‘But boy, I swear to God I hurt more than you watching you lay there knowing there was NOTHING I could do than you watching me cry my eyes out… I ain’t mad at you, just wish I could’ve saved you.’

The heartbroken bride considered calling off her wedding, but later declared it would go ahead and hoped he would be there in spirit.
‘The happiest and biggest day of my life is in FOUR DAYS and my baby brother is gone FOREVER and he was one of our groomsmen. Jigga was so ready man, I’m just not understanding. Lord help me,’ she wrote in one post.
Silver also wondered if the wedding could go ahead, writing to Jezavion, ‘how we suppose to go on Saturday without you?’
Man, seeing my wife hurt and I can’t do anything about it is killing me. Jigga you messed us up man, we love you and you’re definitely gonna be missed,’ she wrote in another post.
Numerous other family and friends sent their condolences to Jezavion’s siblings, along with his parents Edward Moody and Lakisha Whitaker.
