Gruesome footage shows the moment a huge cyst filled with ‘cottage cheese’-like pus was popped.
The giant lump, which erupted once it was firmly squeezed, had been growing on the man’s shoulder since he was 16.
An almost endless stream of pus slithered out of the cyst, which the unnamed man described as ‘gnarly’ and said didn’t smell.
It is unsure where the man in the stomach-churning clip is from or how old he is, but his accent appears to be from the US.
Posted to a YouTube channel that celebrates the act of pimple popping, it has so far amassed more than 3,300 views.

Donning purple gloves, a woman cleaned the lump before slicing into it to create an opening that pus could be pushed out of.
The man, who has gelled down blonde hair, said: ‘I knew I was going to have this done eventually but I never thought you’d be doing it.’
A male commentator, who appears to be filming the disgusting feat, described the lump as ‘beautiful’ when asked what the cyst looked like.
While the unidentified woman tasked with tackling the mass was concerned it was ‘going to spray’ out at her in the seven-minute video.
The man, who wore glasses and had a large tattoo close to the lump, then told the woman to ‘watch yourself’ in case of an eruption.
After squeezing the mass with paper towels, a constant stream of pus oozed out of the cyst, which he said ‘feels kind of good’. Some ended up on the floor.
He then admitted that he had been plagued by the cyst since he was 16, but it had grown bigger in the past five years.
Upon asking what the fluid looked like coming out of his mass, he was told it looked like the pus from a standard spot.
A close-up shot showed the white pus, with dark patches, in its full glory. The video was posted on the channel All Pimple Popping Of The World.
Tweezers were then used to extract to sac completely, which is when the man said the pus looked ‘like cottage cheese’.
