Guns N’ Roses legend Slash has announced his beloved stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight tragically passed away aged 25 on Friday.

The iconic guitarist, 58, has cancelled four tour dates of his solo S.E.R.P.E.N.T Tour to grieve his devastating loss.

Slash shared the heartbreaking news that his ‘talented’ stepdaughter died on Instagram in a statement on Monday morning.

He wrote: ‘Lucy-Bleu Knight (December 6, 1998), beloved daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, stepdaughter of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlet Knight, stepsister of London and Cash Hudson, passed away peacefully in Los Angeles, CA on July 19, 2024.

‘Lucy-Bleu was an incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul.

Slash shared the heartbreaking news that his ‘talented’ stepdaughter died on Instagram in a statement on Monday morning

‘The family asks for privacy at this time and requests that social media speculation be kept to a minimum as they grieve and process this devastating loss.’

Hours before the tragic announcement, Slash cancelled some tour dates due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’.

The message read: ‘The S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour will resume in Toronto on July 28, 2024 at Budweiser Stage. We love our fans and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.’
