Guy Sebastian cheers on beloved Adelaide Crows

He’s the famous pop star who is also proud to call himself South Australian.

And on Saturday, Guy Sebastian’s pride was once again on display as he desperately cheered on his beloved Adelaide Crows during the AFL grand final.

The 35-year-old took to Instagram from the UK in the early hours of the morning as he watched his team try to come from behind to beat the Richmond Tigers.

‘I know we’re struggling but there’s one more quarter,’ the weary-eyed singer said at three quarter time.

‘We need to get behind the boys. Come on Crows.

He added: ‘It’s very early here in the UK but I’m still championing you guys. You can do this, come on, lift.’

Sadly for Guy, his cries of encouragement didn’t make a difference to the end result, as the Crows lost to underdogs Richmond Tigers.

He may have been pumping his fist while watching the game on the couch, but Guy has been busy pumping iron in the gym lately, undergoing a dramatic transformation.

The Battle Scars hitmaker – who unveiled his new ripped body on the cover of Men’s Health Magazine – revealed that one of the biggest inspirations for his fitness overhaul were his growing ‘man boobs’

Appearing on The Project last month to promote his single High On Me, Guy admitted that he wasn’t happy with the ‘dad bod’ he was previously rocking.

Guy added that one of the main reasons he fell out of shape was making bad food choices during late nights in the recording studio.

‘I would eat a lot late at night, I would be in the studio and I’ll order just whatever,’he revealed.
