Hailee Steinfeld commands attention in a monochrome red look as she promotes new Spider-Man movie

Hailee Steinfeld put her best fashion foot forward on Wednesday as she stopped by Good Morning America.

The 26-year-old entertainer – who recently attended a Spider-Man photocall – talked about the upcoming Across The Spider-Verse movie and her rise to fame as a child star.

The Los Angeles-bred beauty stunned in a bright, monochrome red outfit.

Her ensemble included a snug-fitting sleeveless top with soft draping and a flower-like accoutrement along one side of the collar.

Hailee teamed it with coordinating bell-bottom trousers that hugged her toned legs.

Hailee styled her sandy, blonde-highlighted locks in a sultry updo, pulling them back into a low bun.

She left long, face-framing curled strands out at the front, separating them with an abbreviated center part.

The entertainer looked typically striking with her thick, dark eyebrows carefully shaped.

A warm-toned eyeshadow was dusted over her eyelids and she drew attention with wispy, fluttery lashes.

Her makeup look was finished with a pinkish brown-toned matte lipstick to complement her plump pout.

When asked what it was like reprising her role as Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, she said it was ‘incredible.’

‘I mean, to get the opportunity to come back and work with the same unbelievable team of filmmakers, animators – we have some amazing new additions, actors as well – it’s incredible to dig a little deeper into Gwen’s world,’ she gushed.

Elaborating, she added, ‘The audience gets to see a little bit more of her this time around, which is very exciting.’

Touching on what it was like to voice the animated character, Hailee noted, ‘It is far more physical than most people think.

‘[Our characters] are swinging from buildings and in order to portray that, you can’t exactly stand still.’

‘To the best of our ability we try to portray that we are, in fact, swinging,’ she explained to GMA presenter Lara Spencer.

Spencer also brought up an early career highlight of Hailee’s, noting that she was nominated for an Oscar at the tender age of 14.

She asked what advice Steinfeld would give her younger self after being thrust into the spotlight as a teen.

Hailee replied, ‘I think I would reiterate a piece of advice that I had been given since I was about 13, 14: to just have fun, not take anything too seriously.’

The actress continued, ‘Be present. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the minutiae of life, of the moment that you’re in.

‘Be present. Have fun. Smile. Ask a lot of questions. Be kind,’ she wrapped up.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse serves as a sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which was released in 2018.

The upcoming feature will center on Miles Morales, who is tasked with rescuing every universe of Spider-People from the supervillain Spot.

In addition to Hailee, the cast is rounded out by stars including Oscar Isaac, Jason Schwartzman and Issa Rae.

Steinfeld previously spoke to Elite Daily and expressed that she was excited about being able to reconnect with her past castmates while working on the project.

‘I didn’t think that it could get any better than the first [film], but I was absolutely wrong. To see this come together this time around, it’s just on another level. It’s so exciting,’ she said.

The actress then remarked that she was grateful to have been cast as Gwen Stacy in the Spider-Man features.
