In March, Hailey was hospitalized for a small blood clot in her brain which gave her stroke-like symptoms and soon after underwent a heart procedure after discovering she had a hole in the organ.
Following her health scares, superstar husband Justin also found himself in need of medical attention as he battled Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a condition that left one side of his face temporarily paralyzed.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in June, she insisted she and Justin were on the mend.
‘Everything is good. I’m doing okay. My health scare has, you know, we’ve moved on from it.

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is trigged by the same virus that causes chickenpox in children
Ramsay Hunt syndrome is triggered when the virus that causes chickenpox in children becomes reactivated and leads to inflammation and irritation on the facial nerves.
It is not clear what causes this, but the virus is thought to become re-acivated due to a weakened immune system. This can also be triggered by stress.
Symptoms include facial paralysis, difficulty closing eyes, loss of hearing and difficulty with facial expressions.
Most patients get back all their movement within a few weeks to months. But in some cases it may lead to a permanent reduction in movement. Treatment involves anti-virals and steroids.
Some doctors may also recommend facial exercises, although there is little evidence whether this works. About five in 100,000 Americans develop this syndrome annually.

The daughter of Stephen Baldwin revealed in March that she’d suffered a mini stroke, telling fans: ‘I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke-like symptoms and was taken to the hospital.
‘They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours.’
She added: ‘Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I’ve ever been through, I’m home now and doing well, and I’m so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!’
‘Thank you to everyone who has reached out with well wishes and concern, and for all the support and love.’
According to sources close to her, Hailey’s medical condition was affecting her movement in some way and they shared that she had undergone tests to find the origin of her illness.
Shortly after Hailey’s stroke, she underwent heart surgery, having a patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure procedure to mend a hole in her heart.
Just as Hailey began to recover from her health woes, Justin then suffered from a medical emergency of his own as he contracted Ramsay Hunt syndrome – a rare neurological disorder characterized by paralysis of the facial nerve and a rash affecting the ear or mouth.
According to the Mayo Clinic, the hearing loss and facial paralysis associated with Ramsay Hunt syndrome is temporary, however, can become permanent.
Justin has since revealed he is taking time off to recover from the ailment and has cancelled several upcoming tour dates. In October, he postponed the rest of his Justice World Tour to focus on his health amid his battle with the syndrome.
