Iconic character actor Hal Holbrook, whose iconic characters he’s portrayed includes Mark Twain, Deep Throat and Abraham Lincoln, has passed away.
The beloved actor passed away on Monday night at the age of 95, his personal assistant Joyce Cohen confirmed to The New York Times.
Holbrook portrayed author Mark Twain on stage for over 60 years, earned five Emmy Awards and became the oldest man to earn an Oscar nomination in 2007 at the age of 82, for his performance in Into the Wild.
