Halle Berry gets nostalgic on her Instragam with advice

She has won a numerous amount of film awards in her acting career.

And on Friday, Halle Berry got nostalgic as she shared a darling throwback photo of herself on Instagram.

The accredited actress, 51, gave her younger-self some advice in a sweet caption that read: ‘If I could give this young girl some advice… I’d tell her to do it all the same… no regrets. #FBF’.

In the photo a younger Halle is seen starry-eyed while grinning in an oversize denim jacket.

The throwback shows the actress sporting her natural curly locks, which is rare to see on the Oscar-winner.

Halle’s new movie Kingsman: The Golden Circle is currently in theater, which also includes an A-list cast.

The 51-year-old’s career doesn’t seem to slow down anytime soon, as she also produces movies as well.

When it comes to the actress’ personal life, she claims that love just ins’t for her.

She was previously married to former MLB star David Justice, R&B singer Eric Benet, and actor Oliver Martinez- who she divorced last year.

In February, Halle told US Weekly that she feels ‘guilty and responsible’ for her past relationships.

The Golden Globe winner revealed: ‘I have learned to deal with three failed marriages, which has not been easy, especially when there’s children involved.

‘[As] women, we go into marriage thinking it’s going to last forever and that this is our prince on a shiny horse.’

She ends with: ‘That’s what fairy tales taught me as a kid … and I’m kind of anti-fairy tales today.’

But despite the heartbreak, Halle remain to stay focused on her career and children. 

The Catwoman star has two children: daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry, nine, and son Maceo Robert Martinez, four.

Although the silver screen starlet admits her faults when it comes to her dating life, she hasn’t completely given up on romance.

Halle recently confirmed at she is dating British Grammy-nominated music producer Alex da Kid, 35.

Alex has worked with artists such as Dr. Dre, Rihanna, Eminem and Imagine Dragons. 

The couple officially confirmed the dating rumors last month.
