In court papers, the Billboard Music Award winner asked to be granted primary physical custody of Ender, with visitation for the Small Shots creator.
A source told Billboard, the move was to allow Halsey to take Ender on tour with her.
The hitmaker is currently scheduled to perform GPWeek 2023 in Sao Paolo, Brazil, on November 24, as part of a lineup that includes Kendrick Lamar, Machine Gun Kelly, Swedish House Mafia, Thundercat, SOFI TUKKER and jxdn.
