She accessorized with a silver necklace, small hoop earrings and sunglasses with light pink frames.
Avan, 31, looked stylish in a pair of distressed jeans, a light yellow shirt with a blue graphic design and a periwinkle blue jacket.
The Orphan Black: Echoes actor slipped into some beige boots and wore a red billed cap over her long dark curls.
His mustache and beard were neatly trimmed and he completed the look with a pair of black framed sunglasses.
The couple seemed to enjoy stopping by a newsstand to check out the latest publications.
Halsey was recently listed as one of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women by Forbes Magazine earlier in the week, joining scions such as Vice President Kamal Harris, philanthropist Melinda French Gates and fellow entertainers Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.
The hitmaker did not make the list for her musical contribution but for her makeup line, About-Face Beauty.
The Control singer told the outlet she began doing her own makeup out of necessity and was inspired to found the cosmetics company ‘to make products, quite frankly, that would just work for me that I couldn’t find on the market.’
