Hamish and Zoe Blake enjoyed a family bike ride with their children Sonny and Rudy in France on Tuesday.

The radio star, 41, shared a series of photos to Instagram as he posed in a lavender field with his wife, 42, son, nine, and daughter, six, during a five day bike ride.

‘Back at it again with the family bike trip! This time, an extremely picturesque, lavender-scented homage to the Tour de France riding through Provence,’ he wrote.

‘The combination of nature, family and exercise; it cannot be beat.’

‘For five days we rode through small towns and fields, then ate our body (and bike) weight in ‘fuel’, then when the kids finally went to be bed at Euro O’Clock (10:30pm ffs) watch the TDF highlights.’

The happy couple married in 2012.

After previously living in Melbourne, the family moved to Sydney last year where they snapped up a $8.925million family home in the eastern suburbs.
