Hamish and Zoe Blake enjoyed a family bike ride with their children Sonny and Rudy in France on Tuesday.
The radio star, 41, shared a series of photos to Instagram as he posed in a lavender field with his wife, 42, son, nine, and daughter, six, during a five day bike ride.
‘Back at it again with the family bike trip! This time, an extremely picturesque, lavender-scented homage to the Tour de France riding through Provence,’ he wrote.
‘The combination of nature, family and exercise; it cannot be beat.’
‘For five days we rode through small towns and fields, then ate our body (and bike) weight in ‘fuel’, then when the kids finally went to be bed at Euro O’Clock (10:30pm ffs) watch the TDF highlights.’

In one photo, Hamish threw his hands in the air as Zoe stood in front of him followed by their two children.
He also shared another image of his family showing off their T-shirts, which read: ‘Blakes on bikes’.
Hamish, Zoe and their two children jetted off to Europe two weeks ago.
The family-of-four were spotted checking in at the Emirates First Class line at Sydney International Airport.

Hamish has a lot to celebrate as it was recently revealed he is Channel Nine’s highest-earning presenter, taking home $2million a year for hosting Lego Masters.
Meanwhile, Zoe is one of Australia’s most successful entrepreneurs, enjoying a $89million payday in 2021 when she sold her share in the skincare company Go-To.
The happy couple married in 2012.
After previously living in Melbourne, the family moved to Sydney last year where they snapped up a $8.925million family home in the eastern suburbs.
Hamish also shared an image of family showing off their T-shirts, which read: ‘Blakes on bikes’
