Hampshire groom splits trousers slut-dropping for bride

A groom made his wedding day one to remember when a spirited ‘slut drop’ dance move for his new wife ended in him splitting his trousers on the dance floor – to her abject shock.

Dean Crann, 28 and Lucy Crann, 26, from Hampshire got married on August 31 at Hedsor House, Buckinghamshire after being together for six years.

It was the couple’s second time on the dance floor that night when Dean’s trousers could no longer contain his spirited dance moves and they split in two.

‘This was my second time on the dance floor and first chance at impressing our guests,’ Dean said.

‘To say that my wife was shocked is an understatement!!

‘I like to think of myself as a bit of a mover and never shy away from the dance floor however this is the first and probably last time I attempt the famous ”slut drop,”’ he said.

But the ripped trousers did not rip holes in the groom’s bank account because he had paid a £9 damage waiver fee when renting his Ted Baker suit for the event.

And despite the unfortunate incident on the dancefloor the gallant groom did not let the mishap ruin his night.

‘I rocked the split trousers look for the rest of the night, much to everyone’s amusement!

‘I did put my jacket back on, which as a tail-style covered most of my modesty although at this point it was a bit late as most of our guests had witnessed the “incident”!’

Despite the wedding day mishap Dean said he is very happy to be a married man.

‘Married life is amazing. We just spent two weeks in Mexico for our honeymoon and are gutted to be back to normal life.

‘But we are really looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together.

‘We met how most couples probably meet, on a night out. Although these days its probably tinder that brings people together!

‘We already knew of each other but the night out got us talking, we said good night to each other and that was that.

‘After a few weeks had passed I decided to ask her out on a date, and as they say the rest is history,’ he said.

In the video, Dean boogies up to his wife, hips sashaying confidently to the music.

But when he goes for the drop his trousers split down the back.

His wife is initially unaware and answers his drop with one of her own.

But when he shows her the impact of his dance moves on the trousers, she looks even more shocked than he does.

He looks around helplessly at the crowd and back to his open-mouthed wife and at the guests now laughing incredulously at the sight.
