Hannah paired the cut-off shorts with a cream white long-sleeved blouse, which featured eyelet detailing on the sleeves.
The leggy model pulled her long blonde hair back into a high ponytail and opted for minimal make-up as she looked over every detail of the potential home.
The mother-of-one carried a black Chanel purse with gold chain detailing on her shoulder and sported a pair of bright white trainers for the afternoon adventure.

The Jeters are looking for a more permanent home in the area after the recent announcement that Derek will be leading the Miami Marlins baseball and business operations as the chief executive officer.
Derek reportedly signed a $1.2 billion deal to purchase the team with a group of investors and held a welcoming press conference on Tuesday to start his first day with the organization.
He spent 20 years with the Yankees and won five World Series rings before retiring in 2014, and often talked of wanting to own a ballclub.
Jeter stayed quiet about an anticipated roster shake-up following the team’s eighth consecutive losing season, the longest streak in the majors, but said he’ll rely heavily this off-season on president of baseball operations Michael Hill.

Hannah and Derek got engaged in November 2015 and tied the knot in Napa Valley, California, in July 2016.
The couple announced they were expecting their first child together in February.
In a post, Hannah revealed her dreams for the future, writing: ‘Derek and I will want our children to understand that the lives they’ve been given are so fortunate, in so many ways.
‘We’ll want them to learn to help others, and to care for others, and to give back to the world.
‘We’ll let them know that they are strong and smart, and that they can do anything they put their minds to. I hope they’ll be honest like their father. I hope they’ll be stubborn like me. I hope that they know what they want and won’t settle for less.
‘And if they want to play baseball, well, we’re gonna have a little talk first.’
