The 29-year-old, who wed the England footballer, 31, in 2022, chatted on her phone as she climbed from the pricey motor to post her parcel at the nearby Post Office.
Fern donned black leggings and a padded jacket for the outing and appeared unfazed as she reversed into the space marked disabled.
According to Gov.uk motorists who park in accessible spaces without displaying a blue badge could face up to a £1,000 fine.

Fern and Harry met when they were teenagers and have been together for the last ten years, with the footballer proposing during a trip to Paris in 2018.

Onlookers told MailOnline that while the couple were able to exchange their vows in the sunshine, the weather soon took a turn, and as the rain began to fall the entire party headed inside.
The footballer and his wife officially said their vows at Crewe Registry Office in May and enjoyed lavish stag and hen parties in Portugal and Spain.
