But Harry Styles, 24, kept his fans engaged with a completely different subject recently, when he halted a recent concert in Barcelona to have a chat with an audience member after he noticed her eating a ham sandwich.
As he performed his biggest hits at the Spanish city’s Palau Sant Jordi on Friday, the former One Direction star appeared to be amused by the fan’s decision to indulge her hunger pangs while standing in the front row at the capacity show.

During the chat, which was caught on camera, Harry said to the fan: ‘You are eating a sandwich! What kind of sandwich is that? Ham? I can see it is ham, you are chewing as you are speaking to me! Yep, that is ham. How is the sandwich?’
Prompting laughter and cheers from his fans, he then joked to the rest of the audience at the hot ticket show: ‘Has everyone else eaten? Is everyone fine?’
Footage of the moment was filmed by a concert goer and uploaded to Twitter where it has been viewed more than 25,000 times with over 4,000 likes and comments.

In the middle of his concert, Sign Of The Times hitmaker Harry stopped to spend a few minutes chatting with fans to ask them generic questions about where they come from, which is when he spotted the sandwich-eater.
Beforehand, singer spoke with supporters from Catalonia and Valencia before hitting a language-barrier with one front row fan.
Harry performed two concerts in Spain last week, with a Madrid show following the Barcelona gig the next day. He is set to perform in Germany from Thursday.

It has been five years since the singers called it time on their brief relationship in January 2013, so naturally social media went wild following the impromptu moment.
‘Harry Styles. singing 22. my goodness,’ one fan shared of the experience on Twitter. Another added: ‘Harry Styles almost sang 22 tonight, give him a VIP package please.’
Thea, who appears to be the birthday girl Harry sang to, recalled the intimate moment from the stage on social media with a sweet tweet.

She wrote: ‘So tonight I talked to @Harry_Styles. He wished me a happy birthday and told me he had a cat named tia once. And he made fun of me saying 22. Perfect night.’ (sic)
Others followed suit saying: ‘How old are you? 22? I don’t know about you but…Okay. I’m not even ashamed to say that @Harry_Styles is the funniest person I know.’
The Harry and Taylor love story runs from October 2012 until January 2013 and both singers have reflected on their brief time together in a number of their songs.
It is rumoured Harry was the inspiration behind Taylor’s songs Style, I Knew You Were Trouble and Out of the Woods.

The 1989 hitmaker has made a high-flying career out of writing songs about her former flames and Harry finally gave her a response.
Last year, he dropped the bombshell one of his songs on his eponymous album was about the blonde siren.
Fans were convinced the ‘red-lipped girl’ with blue eyes in his hit Two Ghosts sounded just like Taylor.
Harry explained on Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw show: ‘I think it’s pretty self explanatory. I think it is. I think it’s about, sometimes things change, and you can do all the same things and sometimes it’s just different, you know?’

The singer shed further light on his short-lived romance with Taylor in a candid interview with Rolling Stone in 2017.
He said: ‘Certain things don’t work out. There’s a lot of things that can be right, and it’s still wrong. In writing songs about stuff like that, I like tipping a hat.
‘You’re celebrating the fact it was powerful and made you feel something, rather than “this didn’t work out, and that’s bad.”
‘And if you run into that person, maybe it’s awkward, maybe you have to get drunk…but you shared something,” he says. “Meeting someone new, sharing those experiences, it’s the best s**t ever. So thank you”.’
Meanwhile, Taylor gave her version of the story when she performed at the Grammy Museum back in 2015.
Although she never mentions his name, the You Belong With Me hitmaker confessed she was overwhelmed with ‘anxiety’ during their three-month fling.
She can be heard saying in the video uploaded on her social media in 2015: ‘I’m going to play you a song that I wrote about a relationship that I was in that the number one feeling I felt in the whole relationship was anxiety.
‘Because it felt very fragile, it felt very tentative. And it always felt like, “Okay, what’s the next road block? What’s the next thing that’s gonna deter this? How long do we have before this turns into just an awful mess and we break up? Is it a month? Is it three days?”‘
