Harvey Weinstein had to be given special handcuffs after turning himself in to police on Friday because he could not stretch his arms back far enough around his thick girth to wear the standard issued ones.
As he was led to court, he was pictured with his arms behind his back and some black handcuffs around each hand.
He attempted to cover them up with a jacket which hid the third handcuff in the middle which linked the two together.

The 66-year-old movie mogul turned himself in to police on Friday morning then was brought straight to the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse to be arraigned
According to law enforcement sources cited by Page Six on Saturday, the disgraced 66-year-old was agitated as he was held in cells beneath a Manhattan courtroom and said that he was even uncomfortable in his adjusted cuffs.
He complained that he wasn’t feeling well, despite smiling as he arrived at a police precinct earlier in the day to turn himself in on rape and sexual assault charges, reportedly saying: ‘I don’t feel good’.
Other defendants who were waiting for their own court appearances were stunned by his presence.
They yelled: ‘Oh my God! That’s Harvey f****** Weinstein!’ after spotting him in the cells, it was claimed.

After a brief court appearance, Weinstein was released on a $1million cash bail.
He is now allowed to go between New York and Connecticut but must wear an electronic ankle monitoring bracelet.
DailyMail.com can reveal that within hours of fleeing the Manhattan courtroom on Friday, his team had already contacted the person responsible for ensuring the ankle monitor worked.
‘Harvey looked very stressed. He wanted to know how it worked, if it was waterproof.
‘He was very subdued, very quiet. I think he just wanted to leave the courtroom with all of the press there and he just wanted to get out of there,’ a source said.
Weinstein was arraigned on three charges yesterday; Rape in the first degree, rape in the second degree and Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree.
If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 54 years behind bars.
The alleged crimes relate to incidents in New York City and involve only two women.
Weinstein has been accused of sexual misconduct by more than 100 but barely a fraction of the allegations have resulted in criminal prosecution.
He will now remain on house arrest between Connecticut and New York until his next court date.
Outside court on Friday, his lawyer stated: ‘I anticipate that the women who have made these allegations, when subjected to cross-examination … in the event we get that far … will not be believed by 12 people.’
He then included a caveat, adding: ‘Assuming we get 12 fair people who are not consumed by the movement that seems to have overtaken this case.’
Weinstein will now have the option of testifying in front of that jury should he wish as the men and women now into possible financial fraud and is he worked with members of his staff to identify potential victims.
One of the women accusing Weinstein, Lucia Evans, claimed that she was forced to perform oral sex on him at the then-Miramax offices in Tribeca.
The second woman worked with Weinstein when she claims he forced himself on her at the DoubleTree Hilton in Manhattan.
