An innocuous photo of a make-up free Ivanka Trump may have provided a major hint that her father has repaired relations with Nikki Haley as the election winds down.
Haley, the former ambassador to the UN, gave her endorsement to Former President Trump in May but has been absent on the campaign trail – while admitting their personal relationship remains frosty.
However, multiple outlets recently reported that the Trump camp is wooing Haley to help shore up the former president’s standing with women.
On Saturday, a thaw between Haley and Trump appeared to take shape when the former South Carolina governor liked an Instagram photo posted by Ivanka.
The former presidential advisor and First Daughter posted a makeup-free photo with her family celebrating the Jewish holiday Sukkot.

Rumors of outreach to Haley have been reported by The Bulwark on Thursday.
‘The details and dates for the joint appearance haven’t been fully worked out, but the likeliest scenario would put the two together at a town hall toward the end of the month,’ Marc Caputo said.
The event could be hosted by Fox News and moderated by star anchor and Trump ally Sean Hannity.
Trump himself spoke about bringing Haley on board in an interview with Fox & Friends on Friday.
‘I’ll do what I have to do,’ he said, before adding that he beat Haley ‘badly’ in the primaries.
New polling shows Kamala Harris leads Donald Trump with women over 50 by more than any presidential candidate since 2016.
The survey shows that 54% of women in that demographic plan to vote for the vice president, over 42% for Trump.
It’s a huge improvement from Joe Biden, who only led Trump by three points with women over 50 in January. The numbers are also better than Hillary Clinton’s numbers in 2016, who polled 48%-40% over Trump.
Haley said in September that she is willing to step-up to help Donald Trump if he wants to tap her assistance despite their up-and-down past.
She was the final woman standing against Trump in the 2024 primary election with a crowded field of Republicans seeking to oust the former president for a chance at the White House. She often spoke out against Trump and aired her grievances and disagreements.

Former President Donald Trump nicknamed Nikki Haley ‘bird brain’ and suggested that her husband wanted to be away from her as they competed against each other in the Republican primaries earlier this year
Previously, Haley served for nearly two years as Trump’s Ambassador to the United Nations from January 2017 through December 2018.
‘He knows I’m on standby,’ Haley said of Trump when asked if she is going to go on the road to campaign for the Republican nominee.
‘I talked to him back in June,’ she told CBS Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan. ‘He’s aware that I’m ready if he ever needs me to do that.’
Haley said she was not asked to hit the general election trail when pressed on if Trump reached out.
‘That’s his choice. He can, you know, whatever he decides to do with his campaign, he can do that,’ she said. ‘But when I called him back in June, I told him I was supportive.’
‘I think the teams have talked to each other a little bit, but there hasn’t been an ask as of yet,’ the former South Carolina Governor noted. ‘But you know, should he ask, I’m happy to be helpful.’
Haley released her delegates to Trump after she dropped out of the primary race following sweeping losses on Super Tuesday. By winning the primaries in Washington, D.C. and Vermont – both very blue areas where even Republicans are more left-leaning – Haley became the first woman to win a state or territorial GOP primary contest.
She endorsed Trump and in May said she would vote for the former president in November.

Haley is hosting a new SiriusXM show and said during the first episode that her audience shouldn’t expect to hear niceties about Trump, despite the fact that the former U.N. ambassador endorsed him.
The former South Carolina governor dropped out of the presidential race in early March – after a disappointing Super Tuesday – waiting until late May to give Trump the nod.
She told listeners ‘you’re not going to hear me say glowing things about Donald Trump’s personality.’
‘I have not forgotten what he said about me. I have not forgotten what he said about my husband or his, you know, deployment time or his military service,’ Haley said.
While Haley was campaigning for the White House, her husband Michael was on a deployment to Africa as part of his service in the Army National Guard.
‘I haven’t forgotten about his or his campaign’s tactics from, you know, putting a bird cage outside our hotel room to calling me “bird brain,”‘ she continued. ‘I haven’t forgotten any of that.’

After DailyMail.com revealed new details about two alleged affairs Haley had in 2008 – which she’s denied – Trump taunted Haley about her husband’s whereabouts during a campaign rally in February.
Kamala Harris only needs a few thousand Nikki Haley supporters to break for her and she could win the key swing states in November’s election
Early voting has already begun in Michigan
‘Where’s her husband? Oh, he’s away… What happened to her husband? Where is he? He’s gone,’ Trump said at a rally in Haley’s home state of South Carolina.
Trump appeared to refer to the alleged affairs telling the crowd of Michael Haley, ‘he knew, he knew.’
Haley suggested that this behavior was expected because ‘politics is not for thin-skinned people.’
‘It’s just not,’ she said.
After DailyMail.com reported on her alleged affairs, Haley’s campaign barred the Mail’s reporters from covering future campaign events.
‘Daily Mail is not credentialed for any more events. I’m politely asking you to leave,’ Haley spokeswoman Chaney Denton told a reporter and photographer at a campaign event in New Hampshire in mid-January.
During her show’s debut episode that was released Wednesday, Haley said she would ‘put the personal part of it aside’ and be a straight-shooter.
‘I’m looking at what will make the country better,’ she said. ‘So that’s what you’re going to hear on the show. You’re just going to hear the truth.’
