Haunting video shows down-on-her luck actress, 32, dancing wildly by ocean in Atlantic City shortly before she met horrific fate at same spot

Spine-chilling footage shows a down-on-her-luck actress dancing by the ocean off New Jersey just days before she was murdered in cold blood at the same scenic waterside spot.

Carley Elbert, 32, was filmed rapping about ‘spitting rhymes’ while dancing on a jetty near the Flagship hotel as the Atlantic City skyline lights up the background on July 27th.

Just six days later, Elbert was found on a nearby jetty wearing only a bikini with a fatal gunshot wound to the head at around 4:41 am, according to police.

A second victim, 29-year-old Kamille Stewart, was found next to Elbert on the jetty suffering from gunshot wounds but still conscious.

Stewart was rushed to AtlantiCare Medical Center for treatment. A preliminary investigation found that both New Jersey women appeared to have been shot in the head. Three men have been arrested but no motive was shared.

Elbert recently entered remission from mastocytosis, a rare condition that occurs when your body produces too many mast cells. Mast cells are part of your immune system that help protect against allergens and germs.

An online profile from earlier in her career as an actor said she worked as an extra on television shows such as ‘General Hospital’ and ‘The Elizabeth Smart Story.’

Elbert’s mother, Nancy Elbert, was devastated by her daughter’s tragic end.

‘I hope you rot in hell. I’ll see this to the end for justice for my Carley,’ Nancy, told WPVI, sending a message to the suspects. ‘She didn’t deserve to go out like this.’

Three men from Philadelphia have been arrested in connection to the murders, but cops have not said why they think the women were killed.

Elbert frequently appeared troubled and worse-for-wear in many of her more recent social media postings.

Atlantic County authorities announced Friday that Gregg Page, a 34-year-old Philadelphia resident, has been charged with murder, attempted murder, and associated weapons offenses.

Brothers Ryan Schenck, 30, and Ramir Schenck, 27, also from Philadelphia, were charged with hindering the apprehension of a suspect in relation to the case.

Surveillance footage turned in by the Flagship hotel show a car pulling up to the boardwalk just after 2 am. Five people then got out of the car and walked along the boardwalk for about 20 minutes before just two of them returned and drove away.

A criminal complaint obtained by Action News alleges that Page stole a car belonging to one of the victims and fled the scene.

Surveillance footage reportedly shows Page driving the stolen car before abandoning it at a different location.

Investigators say Page was then picked up by his accomplices and driven to Philadelphia.

Police tracked Elbert’s cell phone to the 6100 block of Mulberry Street in Philadelphia.

Exclusive video footage captures the moment officers, including FBI agents, arrested the three men at that location.

All three suspects are being held in Philadelphia and are pending extradition to New Jersey.
