‘I’ve finally broken him’: Have You Been Paying Attention host Tom Gleisner STORMS off set after a clash with comedian Sam Pang
He has threatened to walk off the set of Have You Been Paying Attention? several times during his eight-year tenure on the show.
And on Monday, Tom Gleisner shocked viewers when he finally stormed out of the studio following a run-in with comedian Sam Pang.
But the joke ended up being on Sam, as it was all a prank orchestrated by the host.

It all started when Tom asked Sam if he knew whether Emmanuelle Charpentier was a Nobel Laureate, or the name of a rosé wine.
When Sam, 46, noted that Tom appeared a little confused by the question himself, Tom stormed off before returning and putting a cover over Sam’s screen.
‘Eight years in, I’ve finally broken him!’ Sam said, before incorrectly guessing the name was that of a rosé.
Emmanuelle Charpentier is a French professor and researcher in microbiology, genetics and biochemistry. She won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry this year.

After having his screen covered, Sam joked: ‘If I wasn’t strapped in, I’d walk off too by the way.’
Tom joked to viewers: ‘I’m sorry you had to see that at home!’
Meanwhile, fans seemed to love the prank, with one writing on Instagram: ‘Go Tom!’ Another added: ‘Loved this.’
It is not the first time Tom has been left infuriated by a star. He previously made headlines for his feud with American actress, Lindsay Lohan.

In August last year, the Mean Girls star infamously cancelled her scheduled appearance on the show.
Before cancelling her appearance, The Herald Sun reported that Lindsay had given the show’s producers a list of ‘banned’ questions.
She apparently did not want to be asked about her friendship with Paris Hilton, among various other topics relating to her ‘wild child’ years.
Several months later, Tom took several swipes at the Hollywood actress.
