He does exercise! Kyle Sandilands attempts to ride a bike around Sydney after revealing his shock weight live on-air

He’s the shock jock known for his controversial antics on breakfast radio, but Kyle Sandilands is just as keen to rev things up off air.

The radio star was recently spotted riding his electric bike around Sydney.

In a video posted to Instagram, the 53-year-old showed off his skills as he attempted to ride the bike out of his Vaucluse home and down the street.

Forgoing a helmet, Kyle was dressed casually in a baggy black T-shirt and matching coloured shorts.

He completed his casual look with a pair of comfortable black sneakers.

Sporting a thick white beard, the shock jock couldn’t wipe the smile off his face as he rode his bike on the paved part of his driveway.

The video was taken before Kyle headed to Port Douglas for a family holiday with his wife Tegan Kynaston and their one-year-old son Otto.

The radio star and his wife were seen arriving to Sydney Airport on Tuesday before jetting to the destination.

The family appeared to be in high spirits, with Tegan flashing a smile as they made their way through the terminal.

It comes after Kyle recently revealed his body weight live on The Kyle and Jackie O show.

The radio king and co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson were discussing Body Mass Index’s (BMI), a measure of body fat based on height and weight.

‘I weigh 126kg of meat,’ he proudly proclaimed in April.

A producer on The Kyle and Jackie ‘O’ Show then disclosed the ‘healthy’ BMI for a man of his height.

‘For a 6ft1 man, you should weigh somewhere between 75 to 91kg,’ she said.

Despite the shock revelation, Kyle said he has no plans to start exercising.

‘Then you’ve got to go to the gym and ugh, it’s too much. No one give a s**t about all that. No one,’ he exclaimed.

‘Well actually that’s not true, most people do,’ he added.
