She then opened up the hot cross bun and tipped her soft serve upside down pressing the vanilla ice cream onto one half of the bun.
Bec closed the bun and enjoyed her delicious 389 calorie DIY ice cream sandwich.
‘It was so delicious and the perfect Easter treat,’ Bec said in the recipe video.

Earlier this year the health coach revealed another treat on TikTok that’s perfect to snack on this Easter season and only 189 calories each.
To make the decadent snack Bec used mini traditional hot cross buns from Coles and two squares of Cadbury Caramilk chocolate.
She placed a sliced hot cross bun into her airfryer and sat a square of Caramilk onto each half until melted.
In the clip she made ‘Caramilk butter’ by melting a square of Caramilk onto a halved hot cross bun before spreading it evenly. Her alternative contains 71 calories less than the new Caramilk hot cross buns sold at Woolworths
She spread the melted chocolate out onto the hot cross bun halves and sandwiched them together to enjoy.
The snack idea is perfect for those craving an indulgent treat but that don’t want to blow their daily caloric intake.
‘This hack gives you fresh hot cross buns with delicious melted “Caramilk butter” for way less calories! You can microwave or air fry them but I like them to be a little crispy,’ she wrote online.
